(Another reference for my other OC, forgive me for posting this, I'll be finishing all those who requested to me shortly, I had school, projects and other matters to attend first >_<)

BIO: Grey was born in Edne' City, the center of both Earth and Alka culture. He was raised in an orphanage and consider his guardians and workers there his family. He went independent after that, finished high school but never really went to college.

Due to Edne' City's moderately corrupt government, Grey has an inclination to not respect those of higher authority and tends to get in trouble after that. He was a locally known activist for human and alkan rights, and was sometimes a vandal, until that day when he exhibited Catalystic Symptoms.

It was quite a shock when Grey discovered he was a Catalyst, a being with R.U.N.E.s that are naturally formed in the body since birth. Of course, Grey became arrogant due to this. His arrogance got him the attention of the E.N.D. Relations Corps and was caught, he was given a punishment of public service by working with them and using his abilities to help the two planets.

Personality-wise, Grey is of course, an arrogant, smart aleck little bastard, who thinks he's the most important thing since sliced bread, once meeting Cerise though who knows what will happen...
