Description
Making your ownHyperZOOM Background Image
Software used: Poser 7, PhotoShop 7
This will be one of two different Hyperzoom Styles.
I call it the “ZOOM UP” style, since it predominately features the ground and does not show any sky.
Step 2: After I’m happy with my final render, I export the image in photoshop native format, .psd, and open it up in photoshop 7. Anybody that want’s to donate a licensed version of cs4 is welcome to do so
now for the fun.
I duplicate my original layer once, and I apply a a Gaussian blur to the entire new top layer. FILTER/BLUR/gaussian blur. The amount you decided to use is subjective to your own tastes, but I used a radial setting of 3.
since my foreground figure will seem to be quite some distance from the background there is no need for them to be in focus, it would seem confusing. This is when you might realize that some details you strived for in the poser render were just lost to the blur filter, again, it’s trial and error.
So next I take my newly Gaussian blurred layer and duplicate it. now I have 3 total layers to my photoshop document.
