i am really feeling down at the moment..everything i do seems to take all my energy at once... i can't sleep... i can't eat...
i considered searching for professial help... but i am scared.. to scared of being judged. to scared of being laughed at...
some say it's just my imagination.. but i doubt that i imagine all of it for several years now..
i just want to end it.. giving up seems to be so much easier than fighting..
