phew! day 4 of nectober, which is hosted by CyaneWorks neWorks and i am still in the game! today it's time to get a little spoopy with my good boi tanu. not sure if i should've put it in mature content, since this is obviously just ketchup (duh.) xDi still suck a lot at coloring tho. gonna try to get better Q.Q

I will say that this is an awesome piece! I love tanu's outfit! And the lineart!! Really well done! A few things than need work would be the anatomy, pose, and colors.
The girl's neck is too farback to where it looks like she's stretching her head out a bit too much. And the left should looks a bit small. A fantastic way to help this issue is looking at reference pictures! Reference pictures do not make you a bad artist!
The pose for Tanu is a little off. His hand looks kinda awkward just resting on her breast. The expression on his face is great! I would just say try to experiment with drawing facial expressions to really master this!
Now colors, I know you stated that you are trying to get better with coloring, and it actually looks good! Don't be hard on yourself! But these colors just don't seem to be working together. There is a YouTuber who I have found to be EXTREMELY helpful with colors, his name is Marco Bucci. ( www.youtube.com/user/marcobucc… )

i usually draw without any references, cuz i feel like relying on references too much will cause me to be clueless when i am drawing without them xD
tho i have to look at a lot of references in art school x.x
i already saw his hand creeping up on her chest, too, but i left it there for fun. i couldn't resist the thought of him just grabbing her xDD
i am not a professional artist, nor do i want to be one. it's just a little hobby of mine i do whenever i find the time. 8)
but i am really happy to get such a nice review of one of my works (tho i personally wouldn't say this is one of the pieces i am proud of xP)
i'll totally check out that youtuber, but still try to maintain my style 8P
