Description
Originally I had a lot of my characters in Brutes colored red. I thought that would be a cool character design and would definitely not be stepping on Marvel's toes. Well that was like 4 years ago before Rulk (Red Hulk) started appearing in the Hulk. So I had to go back and recolor all my red characters shades of blue, yellow, or purple. This is a drawing that no matter what color I make it looks exactly like the Hulk. It will probably be cut from the Brutes book, but who knows-I may add an afro and Groucho Marx nose to it.

Plaid would be funny. No one has ever done a character showcasing the strength of plaid. It is a bold fashion statement. It figures it would make for a bold power player

ok, so plaid hulk? Polka dotted hulks? I kinda like the Groucho classes. Kind of a "wink wink, we know who this is but we can't really say."

Epic.
Lol better hurry with the colors. Marvel's used up the Hulk and Red Hulk idea and has run it into the ground. Only a matter of time before Blue Hulk returns or they slap us in the face with a yellow Hulk.
But whatever the outcome, I will be waiting for Brutes to be released. =3

apparently so. my friend told me about there being one before the Red. When I looked it up, it was Hulk when he was temporarily merged with the "uni-power". Whatever that means.

Okay, but I am totally calling dibs on Orange, Purple, and Yellow.

Can't you use a copyrighted character in a reference book - esp on on art without getting done for copyright?

Nope. Need the copyright owner's permission. I emailed Marvel about interviewing the Hulk editor for the book and using some licensing art, but no reply.
