Description
Apparently there is this notion that critiques have to say something nice about the work in order to be critiques and not something utterly rude. I have no idea on what planet they reside but critiques do not have to be nice to be critiques.A critique is a critical evaluation of a work. And to be critical in the sense of the word that is being used means to point out flaws and errors. So essentially to give a critique is the point out the flaws and errors of the work at hand. I fail to see anywhere in that where "leave ass kissing remarks to make the artist feel better" is written.
Would having compliments added to the critique be nice? Yes. Is it necessary? No. So if you get a critique that only points out the faults of your piece the person isn't being rude nor are they trolling. They are merely critiquing. Please stop getting your knickers in a twist.
: Critiques don't have to be nice, so STFU.

Indecent words aren't needed but if someone just happens to not give one single thing of praise it still a critique.
