Commission for DimentedChaos , who wanted a noticeably thiccened up Sakuya from Touhou with a massive gut after gulping down like 15 people in frozen time, with Remilia lying on top of that huge belly goodness.

In summary, Remilia invited a bunch of Gensokyo's religious groups to the Scarlet Devil Mansion for a banquet, but it was actually a ploy so that Sakuya could gobble them all up. Aya ended up getting eaten too while trying to attend uninvited to get the latest scoop for her paper.
