i kinda wanted to experiment with this simpler chibi style a week or so back and I might toy around with it more in the future? probably gonna move this to scraps later but overall I think they turned out alright!

Might I ask where this art style comes from? It looks so damn familiar, but I can't pin-point it. I've been thinking: Does it come from a webcomic, manwha or avatar/doll maker??
The characters are amazingly adorably and cute. I love the piece and I think it's really appealing. I just can't get over the question of where I recognize the art style from... and if this is your original chibi art style. I'm sorry...

No need to apologize! This was really an experimental thing that just started out as a few traditional doodles, so I'm not sure if it actually mimics any particular style from a webcomic/manwha, or if I may have subconsciously taken inspiration from elsewhere, but I was inspired by my friend @/kumavii's eye style for chibis and my friend @/owlsandnovels lineart style where it's sometimes a bit broken up for added texture! (if either of u see this ily)
