Day 4:
Scorpion beating Sub-Zero
Today's theme:
Freeze
Ok so I wanted to make this kinda personal somehow and not just be another person drawing Elsa lol so I decided to draw Sub-Zero getting beaten up by Scorpion from Mortal Kombat. MK was a game i used to play all of the time on my old PS2 and Scorpion was my very first pick with Ermac following close behind (until i got older then Ermac was my first pick.)
Sorry the art isn't the best :/ I really struggled with this one and I spent so much time on just retrying and retrying the pose that by the end of it i just wanted to be done so that i could post something for inktober today.

Honestly though I love how you’ve been personalizing each one of these so far <3 Not only do I get to know you a bit more,
but all of them have been so unique in the way you spin them off whether it be working off the pun of sub zero and the word freeze, or the association with the word bait to something christmas oriented rather than the typical Halloween inspired piece <3
I’ve never really played Mortal Kombat before, except for maybe when I was very smol in one of those pizza arcades when they used to have those lol, but I’ve always have kind of wanted to <3
Also, I feel the pose kind of fits the theme as well!
I know it may not have been what you were going for, but the way scorp is holding the horn of sub’s crown almost looks like scorp has sub paralyzed, that even the slightest twitch while scorp has ahold might cause sub pain (even though I know that’s probably far from the case lol )
Now all we need is for scorp to kick out with that leg from behind and knock sub’s feet out from under him X3

Omg you haven't played in a while! (It's ok lol truth be told i haven't played since I had my ps2 it was just pretty nostalgic for me ^^ )
