The draw is stronger than alcohol,Stronger than the next fix,
Stronger than that last drag.
It is more than just a phase,
More than a fad,
It’s not something you grow out of.
The need to please is all consuming,
It is soul defining.
It is as elemental as breathing.
There is just something that clicks in your brain
When the collar comes on
When the leash comes out
When you see your true master.
To be without them is a fate worse than death
You would rather not eat
Not sleep
Not breathe
Than to ever cause them displeasure.
You would walk through hot coals
Crawl over broken glass
Face your greatest humiliation
Just to please them.
Submission is not a role for me
It’s not a game or a fantasy.
Plain and simply…..
It is who I am.

I do know that, and I have looked, but I also know what it would lead too. One of my strong core beliefs is staying pure for marriage. So it’s the two desires warring with each other. I just kind of watch from a distance and read books.

Silly thing, why would you feel stupid? Lack of knowledge does not make you stupid. Having the knowledge and CHOOSING to ignore it makes you stupid.
There are those who look at the whole Master/submissive thing as a big sexual game. Then there are those like myself who it goes so way beyond sex. It is elemental to who we are. It is a powerful expression of our love, devotion, caring, compassion and yes even tenderness. (And yes even for the Masters/Doms for a GOOD Dom cherishes his or her submissive).

That is what a TRUE Dom will be like. Not someone playing at being one. A true Dom sees the precious gift that their submissive is giving them and honors them. It is a give and take that goes to levels much deeper than most traditional marriages. The Dom gives as much of themselves to the sub as the sub gives to their Master.

this is beautiful, and it describes it almost perfectly. I have been a sub got about 4 years and i learn something new each day i spend with my master. as does he. I have been bad mouthed, insulted, and attacked for pleasing my master and if i could go back and change something, i wouldn't. Pleasing him means more to me than my own life.
