hello how can i upload rar file with preview like this? am new in this. can you help?

Well, very simple really. When you are ready to submit your work the first file you upload is the compress file zip/rar etc. Then once is uploaded it will asked right below "please choose a preview image". That's when you upload your preview image. Now, previews images can be any size really. Just keep it proportion to the screen size. If you have any more questions let me now.
