Description
In a battle of the tall guys, Sean Gates took on the rookie Kyle Barton. At 6'3" vs Sean's 6'6", Kyle was at yet another disadvantage. When he attempted a Hurricanrana, Sean held onto one of his legs and squatted down as Kyle crawled beneath him. Caught in the over-shoulder leg lock, Kyle groaned as his long, lanky body was stretched in ways it never had been. Unable to take hanging by his leg from his tall opponent's neck, Kyle gave Sean a few quick taps of submission on the bare foot. Sean gave Kyle a quick tickle near the ribs before releasing him. Kyle grumbled at the taunt as the bell rang. Wallowing in losing yet again, he felt Sean pop under his arm and lift him to his feet.
"How's your leg, little bro?" Sean said, with a friendly smile. Kyle couldn't stay mad at the mile-high man. He beat him fair and square.
"I can walk. I'm just so tired of losing!" he said, frustrated. Sean grabbed the rookie into a tight hug, Kyle reluctantly returning it as his head was buried into Sean's shoulder. Sean held onto him, whispering to the rookie.
"Don't you worry. We all get beat up in our first few fights. One of these days, you're gonna catch somebody out of nowhere and win and it will make all this worth it." Sean said, releasing Kyle. "Good fight though, little buddy."
