After the Blackblood outbreak, part of Hesperite's main city Alexandria was in ruins.Military and police force was weaken since the blackblood attack and their main priority was to rebuild and secured the citizen, This was for perfect moment for mercs to step in and take parts of the city as their own, now called the red zone. Now the Hesperite forces lead by Dexter try their best to secure the area and remove the mercs threat.
