2 balsa sheets cut into shape and glued together to make the blade, 1 block to hold the blade and the hilt together.
each part was painted individually before being hot glued together

both were made from balsa, both from left over block from the hilt
i got lazy with the teeth and just printed out a picture of them and glued it under the lips
