Torchwick is hot, funny (but can still be taken seriously), charismatic, a persuasive speaker, a capable fighter, cunning.... and he wasn't physically strong, but had other ways of displaying power. He's the complete baddie package! Rawr! Plus, he was stylish- a sophisticated criminal.
