Something I just was randomly doing whilst talking to a friend, but I decided that I'm gonna finish it.So yeah, this isn't done yet, just posting it to see what you guys think =]
Feel free to give some tips or pointers as to what I can do to make it look nicer, still unsure of some things.

Looks good, but just 3 things I can see for improving =]
1: Make the iris a tiny bit wider.
2: There's usually a small gap of white at the bottom of the eye (between the iris and the fleshy bit)
3: Eyebrow looks a little bit close and a little bit thin
