On a sunny day, a young lady named Kaori, who was a classmate and close friend of Hiroe’s, was walking in a flower garden. She came across a peculiar flower in the field but when she sniffed it she fell ill and unconscious.

Kaori was carried to Ultra Garrison's hospital which was not far from the field. Ultra Garrison discovered that the cause of Kaori's malady was a space bacteria known as Darii. The bacteria was living off of her blood and was taking over her body. It soon became clear that, there was no way to save the girl.

Hiroe secretly arrived in Kaori's bedroom to see her friend’s condition for herself. She realized there was no other option to save Kaori other than to transform into Ultrawoman H and shrink herself to the size of a germ in order to battle the blood-sucking parasite from within Kaori's body.

But it was very dangerous for UWH to explore the unknown world.

"Shuwatch!"

Hiroe transformed into UWH, shrank herself, and dove into Kaori's body.
