Very cool, I really like the idea of the magic being used by him. That is something I would have loved too see more is more of the mystical side to the watchers. Pretty much after season 3 we saw almost nothing (minus Giles' power up at the end of season six).
The blending on this is very clean and looks great. The only thing that looks slightly off is the bottom. Spike seems to be blending into the background which looks a tad weird.

Thanks love. The blending at the bottom is intentional actually. I was trying to show that he was beginning to disappear/merg with his surrounding's. All a bit 'mystic' and all that. *g*

Actually I got the idea from a fanfic that I read years back. I thought it would be a nice idea to play with visually.

Hmm. I just thought Restless because in Xander's dream in that episode Spike becomes Giles' apprentice as a watcher.
Well, regardless, It's a wonderful piece of art. I really enjoy it.
