Personality: Jonah Canter is the embodiement of a salty sea dog uh...I mean horse. He is gruff, curt and to the point. He exhudes an intimidating aura from many years of enduring harsh conditions and although most things don't get under his skin, be VERY afraid when he loses his temper. Captain Canter is usually seen by his lonesome and isn't particularly fond of strangers or company. He is an expert in all things sea faring, fishing or oceanic related.

Backstory: Not much is known about Capitain Canter, other than he hails from an underwater settlement called Rivas. He seems to have arrived to Lilypad looking for something, or someone...

Underwater breathing
Extreme swimming endurance and speed
Water magic (both conjuring it and manipulating it)
Weather manipulation (can clear skies and redirect storms)

- Only very select people can call him Jonah, he is Captain to everyone else.
