~Rarity's weekly phone calls with her mom are a test in patience.

So I frequent the JustNoMIL reddits (as well as AITA and various ACNH subs) because I'm a bitch who loves drama. So when I read the prompt "pushing boundaries" I immediately thought of those moms who cannot keep anything to themselves and don't let their kids have any privacy. Since Cookie Crumbles only showed up speaking in one episode, I was able to project this trait onto her for her darling Rarity who is such a workaholic and everyone thinks is going to end up all alone. I tried going with as many "single person" cliches as possible. She means well, but doesn't know when to keep her opinions to herself.

I was originally going to go with an antique phone since pony tech is around the early 1900's, but they are so incredibly detailed and I wouldn't have been able to do them justice. So I went with a still pretty retro rotary phone.
