To start off, you did quite well. 
But...One important point: you should DEFINITELY redo the nose. It needs some tweaking. Looks really weird if you want an honest opinion. Aim for a nicer curved arc of a nose: for Danny either a female or a male snout looks equally dashing! If you want a reference, just go to the MLP wikia, they have some nice colt refs.

Not bad! But a few things... First one's a bit lengthy to describe but don't take it as me trying to rub it in, I'm just trying to explain it properly!
Your leg pairing's off. If you look at this set of photos [link] you can see that the pose you have (left foreleg on the ground, right hindleg hoof on the ground near it) and its reverse never happens in a gallop. As a rule of thumb when the right foreleg and right hindleg hooves are close to each other the opposite will be true on the other side, they don't have the left side's legs going back and the right side's going forward. I hope that makes sense.
Also, you have the mouth too low on the snout for a male's face shape: [link] (Big Mac to demonstrate but all the adult males are like that. At the moment, with the normal MLP style Danny's mouth is in his jaw)
...And one little thing: In the show they tend to use a slightly darker colour for the background legs, which would pay off here as the grey blurs together a bit where they touch.
Other than that the colours are vibrant, the hair flows quite well, the vector's a little jagged but not too much and the proportions are about right.
