Finally! A proper ref for Spoons. Thing is, though, I don't like putting the info on the picture in case I have to edit something, so prepare for a chunk of text. ._.

EDIT-Fudged up on his rib markings in his human form. Not sure if fixable... depends how I saved the layers. >.< Just reverse those colors. And ignore the inconsistencies in height, length, face shape... I'm not used to drawing males, and I pushed to get this done when I sat down for it. It's 3:18 AM, I'm tired, and that lineart of his head is the proper shape for it. U.U;

Saliva: Tastes and smells like blue punch candy cane, light blue colored

Mate: Engaged to Meadow Tamperhill
Occupation: Clinic Manager
Alliance: None
Other: Can 'stickify' his legs like all MTTs when in dragon form. Flesh and blood are yellow, but inside of his mouth is light blue. Irises are same yellow as markings. Being an MTT, he can switch tail holograph on/off at will in either form; it makes light-saber-y sound when moving through the air.

--Personal--
Personality: He has an underlying grumpy attitude interspersed with quick come-backs and smart-aleck remarks. That doesn't mean he is a mean guy necessarily; he isn't too harsh nor completely serious usually. He is very serious when it comes to work though, and drives his employees hard sometimes, but only because what they do is so important to the community. Amongst those higher on the financial/power he is also well-mannered (when he wants to be) and good at pleasing others (again, if he wants to). Although he is ever the business man, wearing suits most of the time, when the facade drops he is stressful, cranky, and wants nothing more than to stay at home, in the dark, drinking a cold beer.
Around Doe it's a different story. He'll be more childish, but also more open and prone to (as fanfic writers say) "fluff."

History: Spoons was raised in the mid-levels of Junction city, so he was able to glimpse both the well-to-do and the struggling. He held a grudge against the upper classes for not using their wealth to help the suffering and helpless, particularly when it was so obvious. Since they did nothing he decided to make his life for others and geared himself towards medicine.
He received top grades throughout middle and high school, even skipping a grade. He then went through an accelerated med school program, meeting a few people he felt he could trust with his developing brainchild. While nearing the end of his education he scraped together enough money to rent a small space near the ground, which by the time he graduated was furbished into a cheap walk-in clinic staffed by some of his fellow grads.
The clinic (named Salvation Clinic) boomed with business as the humans sought refuge from their sicknesses brought on by both their poor living conditions and the deteriorating state of the world.* Spoons used the money he made to expand into other communities and now owns a small chain of clinics in various cities, which he must travel between a lot to keep up with them. He owns an apartment not far from the original, though these days he rarely spends any time there.
He met Meadow when she was brought into the Junction City clinic due to injuries from Skyrunning, a unique sport she invented. Spoons inquired about it, and the two got to talking; next thing you know bada bing bada boom, it blossomed into a relationship.

*Note: Though cheap and made for the poor, the clinic does take in anyone with an emergency (human or otherwise). Many times his is the closest medical facility, as well. Because it is much cheaper and easier, if you can brave the lower levels you can be a patient; this is another reason why it quickly became successful. All Salvation Clinics are built in the lower levels of cities.

Likes/Dislikes: He doesn't like it when anyone outside of family or close friends calls him Spoons, so he'll usually go by his last name. Even his business cards don't have his first name. He likes the satisfaction of getting his way in business, i.e. keeping his chain of clinics running and/or gaining for them, as well as when he wins an argument. Of course he likes helping people, and when visiting his clinics (even if it's briefly) he will discard his suit jacket, roll up his sleeves, and help out.
Spoons doesn't think too much of the ASP or Resurgence; members of both will sometimes end up in his care. He doesn't get what the animosity between the two organizations is about (patients from both are secretive, and he doesn't ask), nor does he care to know.
Things that irk him are thick-headed people, clumsiness (mostly around needles and such), drug addicts (he usually asks someone else to treat them), messing his hair up, and food going to waste. He loves alcohol but will not get drunk at or before work, much as he'd like to.

Family/Friends:
Fellow graduate and employer of DeLorean Fox , who works at the Salvation Clinic, Junction City branch. Often lectures him but trusts him the most.
Friendly-creepy with Onyx Ide and Sniper Evans ; totally has dibs as the weirdo uncle of their son Simon.
Boss of volunteer Vincent Dell'Antonio at Junction City branch. Likes making him squirm.
Getting acquainted with Grisaille Dufour , the aunt of his girlfriend. Views her as a sweet but tough old gal.
Buddies with JuryRig after bonding during the patch up of a criminal. Will occasionally go out drinking when they both have the time.
Met Cobalt Zirconian at a bar with Sniper and became drinking buddies.
Frenemy-ship with Alex . Loves riling her up, especially with short jokes.
