Ok, this is what's happened in the picture.Dib has convinced Zim to wear normal clothing, insted of his INVADER uniform, to Hi Skool. Zim puts up a struggle, but Dib manages to get Zim on a T-Shirt and a pair of jeans. Zim is now unsatasfied with the way he looks. He thinks the pants are too loose. He's right.
