this is my first digital art.. so i wasnt sure what to categorize it under and bear with me if it doesnt work as planed.. :/anywho.. see those little black and white dots in the blurriness around the panda, i didnt know how to get rid of them.. so if anyone knows please let me know ^^" thanks.

i had no idea what i was doing here and put so many effects on it that thats probably how those dots got there in the first place =^=
