Wishing all my fellow Indian friends: a very happy India Independence Day!

THANK GOD I'VE BEEN WAITING ALL DAY TO UPLOAD THIS! The laptop's been locked in my parent's room all day and I really wanted to upload this first thing in the morning.
So! If you guys remember last year's drawing I made, here: fav.me/d7v8pix , this'll mark the second year I've drawn something in celebration of this awesome day!
I promised I'll do something better this year. Again it was a last minute job. I started drawing it a little earlier than I did last time but only finished this morning. Woopdeedoo. BUT! This is a major improvement form last year, which I'm glad of. c:
I was really hoping I would be in India today to celebrate the day and actually see what they do. Sadly, tickets are expensive for all of us to go. My mum's there, so I told her to have fun without me. :c

I took the same design of the 'random Indian girl' who looks like me.. kinda, except for the bangs and lack of glasses and braces.

I hope everyone has a good day, regardless of if you celebrate it or not!
