So! About the picture.. When I looked at the other contestant's entries for inspiration, most of them went with the theme of Christmas. Seeming as it was a holiday contest and it was around Christmas time, I too was thinking about doing something Christmas-related. The other day, I guess I was thinking about my previous ice skating lessons I took about.. 3 years ago (?) and then BAM! I got the idea of drawing RavioLi ice skating.
I wanted Ravio to also be able to skate since you know how there is the winter-y place in Lorule.. The mountains I think. But then I ditched that because I wanted to make it more cute.
I dig cute yaoi.. (My sister commented that it was totally adorable

Time Taken: Sketching - 10 minutes Inking - 1 hour Colouring - 3 hours
Tools used: Sketchbook, Biro Pen, Faber-Castell Polychromos and Crayola Colouring Pencils

Thanks, I sure will cause we're playing hockey next Wednesday instead of just sliding practices (you know it gets annoying when it's always the same for every darn year at school D; I like to go fast with skates, but I ain't really the most well balanced person on skates xD) Aw yis! I have no idea what's normal hockey xD I have only played ice one xD (the reason I got roller skates for summer is the want of going fast too xD) Ahh, so you starting again after a pause~? c: Heh heh, I wish there would be more places for skating here! :c Like, yea, we got rinks there and there, but there ain't some kind of lap which I could skate around! :c

I don't even know; but I wanna try too! c: (ohgod, I fell in love with rollerskates when I was like 13, wish here would be longer and less wet summer so I could get to skate more cx And well, we had rollerskates when me n my sister were little, soooooo~ Anyways, if ya ever come to Finland, I'll take you rollerskating! xD) Heh, we got many outdoor ones, and one indoor one, but the indoor is always reserved to ice hockey players and such c:
