Aaand also the fact that Zuko has tried to kill her on multiple occassions, tried to kidnap her real love-interest Aang, as well as trying to kill Sokka and countless of other people she knows. Why, oh why in the world do you believe Zutara has even a snow-balls chance in hell of being viable? It's like pairing the Joker with Batman, it's a path paved in retarded grease.

By all means express your opinion, but don't go around trying to call another person's view on a fictional couple "retarded". That is extremely rude, considering you were the one who decided to view this fanart. Leave the artist be and take your silly trolololol-ing elsewhere.
On a side note, I hope you remember that Zuko and Katara became friends in the end. He actively sought her forgiveness and she forgave him.
If that doesn't make Zuko and Katara at least a possibility, I honestly don't know what constitutes romantic love.

Well first while Zuko did chase them around the world and tried to capture them, he never once tried to kill any of them. The only time Zuko made any sort of move that would have involve killing any of the Gaang before he joined was when he was the Blue Spirit and held Aang's life hostage to escape Zhao. Any other time while he did fought them he had multiple chances where he could have killed anybody in the series but he never took them, instead he opted for incapacitation. Now that has been said I would like to point out that I don't support Zutara.
