I'd recommend watching the "Aria" anime (the one where they're all gondoliers).
The colors scheme is very similar to the ethereal atmosphere that your work always has.
That's actually one of the main reasons I like them both so much

They're making a Part 4 of the anime right now called Aria the Avenire.
Warning, some people don't like the anime because they say it moves too slow.
But the whole point is that Aria moves forward like it's a day by day basis, teaching you to appreciate the things in LIFE rather than something more heart pumpingly crazy.
