Personality: Specter tends to be an acquired taste for many people. For starters, he comes off blunt, callous, and rude to most folks as a first impression. If for some reason you're not initially put off by such a winning personality, you would see him open up. A little. He likes to joke around sarcastically with those he's acquainted with, and if you can see past his dark and sometimes crude humor then he's not all that bad. Like certain people, he tends to put up a front. Earning his trust ain't easy, but once he trusts someone he's fairly great to vibe with. It's too bad his first impressions tend to ruin this for him.
History: A lot of his past is shrouded in mystery, although it seems he has been around long enough to have recognizable skills as an amulet witch. After all the time and work he put in for near the academy, he earned himself his title "The Haunting Witch" for his willingness to allow ghosts to interact with and around him.
His obsession with spirits stems from an encounter he had as a child. Needless to say it has stuck with him since and flourished for better or worse...

- Specter's expertise lies in the study of supernatural forces, primarily anything revolving around ghosts and the dangers that follow them. His other fields of study include wand study/crafting and divination.
- He is part of a committee which researches and spreads safety awareness regarding ghosts and spirits. One could say he is quite the spirited member.
- Has a soft spot for corvids, namely crows and ravens.
- Refers to his familiar as "friend" instead. He is more than a familiar to him; you will never hear him call him such unless it's for documentation purposes.
- Unsurprisingly he enjoys the company of ghosts over most living folk.
- Is sometimes called "Speck" or "Speckle" by acquaintances. He doesn't seem to mind overall.
- He does have teeth, and is capable of opening his mouth wider than what most folks expect.

- Another he frequently uses is health drain, where he drains vitality or life energy from another living thing to heal himself
- He CAN heal others' injuries besides his own, but it comes at a cost... typically in the form of receiving ugly scars, temporarily experiencing frigid temperatures, or becoming haunted. To be honest he would rather provide a Refresh potion to someone in need rather than attempt to heal them directly. - Shapeshifting

- By consulting with the right spirits, he is able to gain insight for various things; however his skills with this are still in training so he is only able to gain clear insight for small inconveniences (ex. learning where someone's car keys went missing.)
