My third *cough* forth *cough* attempt at this entry.
and I have no idea why I found it so hard to grasp? but any who here is my Villian from the Evil Con Carne Universe.

This is Delta Con Carne, Created by Major Dr Ghastly in attempt to have hectors child but she goofed the DNA slightly so she shares DNA with General Skarr and Boskov too.
As her name implies, Delta is the forth attempt and only successful attempt at artificial life.
She's so intelligent and cock-sure of herself that she makes alot of mistakes.

Seeing as her own world had already been conquered, Delta left that word to take over a new one for herself but still uses Bunny island as a secret base. She doesn't like working with others so will only do it if it benefits her needs, she's not easily double crossed and if she is, everyone who has ends up forgetting it.

She as an uncontrollable crush on the male hero's and can't help do what she can to be their centre of attention (with in reason!).
