so it's 12" to a Foot, I hsould of put 1"6 but by mistake I did 1"5

I'm sorry to say, but this chart is incorrect. There are 12" (inches) in a foot, it not 10". For each half foot the chart should read either 0.5' (foot) or 0'6" (feet & inches)
For example:
