It'd be a lot of work. >_< I would do the art for people and then they could design their own char-sheets around it, but I dunno if I will do these.

Yeah, just a drawing of your char in whatever style you want, and yeah, I'd send it with a transparent background so they can copy-paste into whatever sheet they want. XD

Oh my! This is simple amazing and from all the information and personal images you've proved Andrew seems like an amazing character, I must go read your novel!

Um, I would rather that you not (if you are asking to use my character elements, background, story, etc. for your own characters). This character is apart of a novel that I'm writing and will soon publish; all of it is copyright. Unless you are asking to use this character sheet layout and the way it looks for your own character reference sheets, in that case, I don't mind.

Ah yeah I was just covering my butt. Sometimes people actually DO ask to directly rip character concepts, so that's why I was so specific. But no worries, yeah you can use this layout. I'm going to be re-designing this anyway come sometime this year.

I don't know much about this species so I might be wrong. Maybe werewolves differ somehow?.. I understand that canis lupus baileyi is your favorite, but I...er...well... I'm just curious

It's not very literal in terms of the wolf and their living conditions. They are human too, and just like humans they can move and live wherever they want, regardless of weather conditions. They live where they need to to be considered normal, but also have the space and freedom to live as werewolves too.
Even though his 'wolf' is Mexican, and yes you are right, Mexican wolves are mostly populated in the southern states of the US, Andrew himself has likes and dislikes, and he loves snow. Regardless of that, all wolves are equipped to handle harsh weather with their thick pelts and survival skills.
And werewolves are a HUGE exception to these boundaries, because after all, they are human. Andrew's family comes from a line of Mexican Wolf and Gray Wolves, so technically he could be a mix of both. I've actually been considering making mention of that, as well as considering changing him to a gray wolf, since his markings are more brown in areas that a Mexican wolf would have grays or something.

Aaa... Now it makes sense. If you're planning to change Andrew I can suggest you Eurasian wolf since fur markings are VERY similar to Mexicans (I think)

there is nothing i like more than very thorough ref sheets. all the way down to his belongings. very nicely done. the art, there's no questioning. outstanding as always. torso seems a tiny bit too thin compared to legs, but then, IIRC that's normal with most werewolf designs. you captured the lean-but-muscular look very well here, and the claw sizing is brilliant. big enough to be intimidating, small enough to not get in the way too much when doing normal tasks. the backstory is also very interesting, though it does raise a few questions. for example, why wouldn't his mother speak out or refuse to marry Stephan, if he had killed her former husband/mate? is it a part of their society that females don't have that much of a say? was she conspiring with him? was she sacrificing her happiness for the sake of the pack's stability? was she doing it because she wanted her children [present and future] to have the advantage of being related to the alpha?
another example is how did Andrew manage to blend in so easily with human society? how old was he? did he have any prior background because of the pack? did his friend manage to teach him enough before they were found out that he knew how to handle himself among people?
you see, this is why i love ref sheets that are in depth. makes me think, as well as admire the art. 5/5 to you. and a fave. I'll be keeping an eye out for this novel too.

This makes me want to do a character sheet of this book in my head called Wolfbane. Main character is a (natural) werewolf But he's the totaly opposite of Andrew minus the fact they both hate pack life.
