This is Anna when she was a human Although she lost all her memories when she died and possessed her doll body, so she doesn't know what she used to look like
She had weak vocal chords (and a weak body in general) so she couldn't talk very loud ;v; She loves to sing now, but subconsciously still talks / sings softly
