She transforms into Whiplash

She still can't open her wing, but her magic is more powerful

Her hair is charged with thunder, allowing her to combine this with her magic, and deliver a shock strong enough to paralyze a full grown stallion for 10 seconds, by then, she's already left her prey defenseless, mostly by suspending them in magic.

The heart on her chest signifies her control, the more "cracked" it is, the less control she has.
