yes, i do have the Bamboo tablet :3
lets see if i can remember what i used...
hmm, the shorter one, for his hair, tail, and pants i used a lace texture brush; i also used a lace texture brush for part of the background arounf the panels
(awesome lace brushset can be found here: [link] )
for everything else like the taller's hair and flowery-esque texture, those were brushes tht came with ps elements 5.0 :]
(actually, for his hair i used one of the filters)
