This is my poor quality attempt at making a colored pencil tutorial. This is how I do it and I know it's like a lot of other people's techniques but mine is still different and has a different effect!

I used prismacolors for this but you can use any kind. But this tutorial does work best for prismas.

Again, sorry it's such bad quality!
