SkunkyArt | suicunetobigaara — DOW: Zephyrghost [Not in Use]

Zephyr is renamed to Zephyrkit, but Zephyrkit doesn’t mind. He was just happy he and his father have a safe place to live. He is looked after by Timberwolf, as his father became a queen to take sole care of him.

Brinekit, an older kit, attempted to play with Zephyrkit. However Timberwolf put a stop to their play time, with Zephyrkit attempting to find a sneaky way to play with Brinekit without his father finding out.

A kit his age, Codkit, approached him. As Codkit was a runt, Timberwolf begrudgingly allowed Codkit and Zephyrkit to play. They made up their own clan and named themselves Zephyrstar (he said his warrior name was Zephyrheart) and his loyal Deputy, Codshark. They had a evil villain, Mosshead, named by Codkit.

Started to see more of Teaselstripe, a cool warrior. Timberwolf seemed to trust him, and Zephyrkit was excited to get to know a real warrior. He secretly hoped that Teaselstripe would be picked as his mentor when he was older.

Codkit started to cough and get sick. He was taken to the Medicine Cat Den and separated from The Nursery and the kits and queens there. Zephyrkit is extremely lonely.

Teaselstripe was picked as a mentor to Lizardpaw, and Zephyrkit sad and jealous of Lizardpaw.

Zephyrkit started to cough and fell sick. He was taken to the Leader's Den to rest with all the other sick cats, including Burntstar, Minnowshine, Lizardpaw, Moraybolt, Coastshadow, Crowsun, Reedpaw, Hyacinthpaw, Tidetwirl and of course Codkit. Zephyrkit is lonely, until other cats are allowed to quarantine with the sick cats to look after them. He and Codkit are cared for by Teaselstripe and Timberwolf.

Codkit is extremely sick, far sicker than Zephyrkit. After Burntstar starts coughing and struggling to breathe, Shallowreef the Medicine Cat chose to give the last of the catmint to Burntstar and not more vulnerable members of the clan such as Codkit and Tidetwirl.

Thankfully a patrol sent to Lightningclan returns with herbs, as Twilightstar, Hawkstorm and Fireflyspark were willing to share. All of the sick cats are treated, but because of Codkit's poor health he takes longer to recover. While they can't play, Zephyrkit still hangs around Codkit and they talk a lot. Zephyrkit has a theory Mosshead caused the illness for whatever reason.

In their last moons of being kits, a Gathering is held and a Daylight Gathering Competition is declared. Zephyrkit and Codkit are sad they cannot attend.
