EDIT 3: Edited the way she got her powers. From now on she was infected by ghost bugs! 8D I want to thank everybody who gave me critics on profile! 8DI hope it's explained well. And yes, Yvonne was a victim of attack. The rest of the crew had time to escape while she was attacked. That's why Yvonne was only one to become halfa.

From now on I accept suggestions on different ways of her getting Insomnia powers, because apparently I can't think of anything more logical and original.
Also I still accept constructive critics on her bio. XD

Yup, just another FC profile, this time- young polish halfa-woman Yvonne Wrobel. DERP.
I know I said I will not make halfas... I lied. Apparently that idea got stuck in my head so instead of making her human I made halfa.
And yes, unoriginal black/white suit. Personally I see it logical for her to have one. I was inspired by outfit Kasumi Goto had XD

First off I'd like to point out the negatives.
I don't think enterprising is a personality trait :/ It'd be better if you said something like "devotion to her job", unless that wasn't what you meant. Also from what you say about her quirks it doesn't really match her personality traits, the whole 'good friend' thing. Why? Because usually a good friend is loyal, understanding, etc. So you should add that to her personality traits. Otherwise the quirks match up to the personality.
Now, I think seeing as she hasn't had very much interaction with people that she would grow to be sort of shy, meaning it should be one of her personality traits as well. As for her powers they're pretty well summed up, and balance good among each other.
I have a little bit of criticism towards the background because it's actually exactly like Danny's, :/ only with a different character and a different location. Couldn't it be something more original? Such as there was an experiment gone wrong, she was infected with ghost DNA after a ghost attack, etc. Because honestly, this way of getting their powers is really becoming distasteful, and it credits all ocs with a background such as this as an automatic Mary-Sue.
As for the design I think it compliments her personality quite well, I just have a few critics on the ghost suit. Where did it come from? Did Maddie make it? Did she find it?
The ghost name I can handle, because there are usually a lot of OCs going around with ghost like names, this one is a bit of a sigh of relief to be honest.
I'd also like to ask, where exactly was she born? And how does she have that many ethnicities?
Other than that ^^ I really like this Oc! She came out very well and her personality shows off slightly in her poses and facial expressions~

Well, of personality traits english isn't my native language XDDD I heard the phrase "enterprising men" from Star Trek and I thought it sounds legit XD
I guess yeah, I'll take out that friend thing XDDDD
I kinda grew believing that human should be intact with ghost THAT close to get infected, it should be something inner, otherwise we would have an army of halfas. Like Danny and Vlad both suffered from ghost DNA getting in their body, they had close contact with portals. I wanted to give her parent ghost, but later thought it's impossible to get pregnant from ghost. I seriously, seriously thought of other ways to give her powers, like being bitten by ghost bugs, ghost overshadowing her way too much, that part about attack and experiment fail, or that she was dying but somekinda ghost saved her, yadda yadda, being an experiment tool, but apparently my brain generated nothing as I thought previous versions were unoriginal and illogical.
So I generated this idea about her angirly skipping into poorly made portal which set on fire the whole facility and she was a lucky survivor due to her infection and I'll stand my ground for this idea as I personally see that it DOES have similarities but their fates and consequences are nothing alike, plus Yvonne rarely uses her Insomnia mode.
Ghost suit is made by Abel, who is my another FC, she's 100% ghost. Yvonne had different suit before Abel found her, it was reverted GiW lab attire in which she was working.
And ethnicity, I fixed that XD She was born in Poland, but family quickly emigrated to Russia cuz mother found better job. That's why Yvonne doesn't know polish language besides "cholera jasna"- because both father and mother had to learn russian and drag their child along XD

I like her, however what turns me off is one: The suit. In the club we discourage black/white suits unless it's a child of Danny Phantom (for inspirational purposes) and two: the way she got her powers. The GIW having their own type of portal is fine with explanation, however "throwing on a suit and trying to fix it" seems like a lazy excuse of how she got her powers. No offense though, but these days, the origin of one's powers should be thick and flavorful rather than watery and bland.

Speaking of powers, well, I picked up that reason because:
1) Danny entered portal from simple curiosity.
2) Yvonne has that personality to do so. She loves perfection in what she's doing and gets into rage when it's wrong. She's choleric by temperament and will happily ignore all the GOOD adviced(like "don't go in there" or "don't do that") simply because she thinks she can do it better. I believe that well-reserved person wouldn't do that, but Yvonne with her impatience and quick temper will stop at nothing, even despite having bad consequences later.

I admit I did tried to create something different before that version came to me XD But apparently I found this one more logical as I grew believing that ghost dna is something inner and infection happens only of human is so close to ghost. Apparently I thought through version of:
* Ghost bugs
* Having dad ghost
* Massive ghost attack
* Dying and ghost saves her
* Being experimented on
But they are pretty illogical to me XDDD

This is quite excellent! You did very well on her bio, design, and the details. I also love her ghost form as well as her normal form. Your digital colouring and graphic designs skills are improving at a rapid pace; this is royally impressive. Overall, excellent character and bio sheet! I love this.
