Jet... just.. Jet. I dun need a reason to draw him, it should just be accepted that I did.
This one turned out more solid than "all DRAMATICAL"... I blame the fact that Jet has a tan, while Suisei and Iggy are pale. (Meaning the base of the image had to be a solid color.) But I tried to use the more solid look to maybe get a different kind of good result... (That made sense in my mind, I swear.)
It's 4am. I'm not terribly articulate.
I have to say, I liked Jet's character, I like the amount of yaoi for him (
), I like him paired with Zuko (
), I like that he died(?) and is able to be a fallen hero, even though he tried to destroy an entire village.... .. .... I HATE HIS FUCKING OUTFIT. That has got to be the most randomly thrown together set of clothes ever. I know why he's designed that way, and it makes sense, but goddamn I hate drawing it. This is why he doesn't show up in my art more.
(And on a last note, I always ALWAYS draw that damn piece of grass wrong. For some reason I always draw a wheat stalk and have to redo it. *headdesk*)

That's because theres a green wash on it. Like 'all DRAMATICAL' had red and purple conflicting washes on Suisei and red and orange on Iggy, there's green and red on Jet here. (The red from below)

Oh sweet Tophgod and St. Jun combined it will be a veritable haven for fangirliness! A utopian of epic ideals and learning (not to mention homework I'd actually do, yours in particular ^.-). Also I believe we should have an online branch of the academy because so much of our fandoms are operating via the interweb. But what should it be called? Perhaps the Academy for Modern Fangirl Culture? I have no idea but this sounds amazing and I might just have to make a website for this! XD

Of course we would have departments of smut. Which one would you prefer? Yaoi, Yuri, Hetero, or Zutara? (yes we'll have a Zutara department stictly Zutara strictly XD).

I think it'd be the Smut Department with seperate divisions. You might need an Orgy Division too- either that, or it would be one of the advanced classes. (Prereq is at least two of the other smut courses. XD) And another division could be dedicated to Ecchi and probably some other division for Furry and so on. (The Smut Department will be a large one.)
But I meant teachers for things like fandom eti.. etti... .. how one should conduct themselves in a fandom. (I fail at spelling.) Another department for all there is to know about Ship Wars (how they start, how to wage them, when/if to stop, the best ammo). We'd need some seasoned generals for that one- might wanna call in people from other fandoms. Another for fandom lingo (grammar class! XD). So on and so forth.
I'm telling you, this could be huuuuge. I can't even think of everything there would/could/should be at the moment!
Uumm... I dunno. D: I didn't even know I was qualified to teach smut. I know there are so many much better potential smut teachers!! XD I guess I'd just go with what I was assigned. And help with management. Cuz I'm cool like that.

Yes! There would definitely be courses on all of those things as well as how to construct an amv or how to use tegaki e or paint chat!
Also there should be some sort of study halls that encourage students to collaborate on projects.
Of course there would be seperate divisions for seperate fandoms and each fandom would have their own line of specialty courses (after the prereqs of course) like potions and wand making for the HP fandom and what not. I imagine that some of the prereqs would be how to write good fanfics/smut,
how to draw specific characters/positions,
how to deal with haters/how to pick and choose your shipping battles,
how to make good fanvids/fanmixes,
how to start your own kickass community on LJ (CAPSTARA!!! *cough*)
And of course music (either amvs or kareoke with J-Pop or J-rock), P.E. ( martial arts, fencing, medieval weapons, equestrian *horses!!!*, or watching cute boys exercise), and home ec ( how to make japanese food other than ramen, ie sushi, rice balls, okonomiyaki ect and how to attract the perfect fanboy/fangirl mate)
This would be awesome if I made this into LJ com!

To fit it all and everything, you'd prolly have to set it up as a unique message board or something, with different Departments being the different areas of the message board. And the sub-boards being the different divisions, then either sub-sub-boards or really big threads being the 'classes'. XD

In PE you can also be watching other people running, playing, whatevering, and get a good idea for how bodies work and angle in a way that'll help your drawings.
