Such movement may come in the form of running, jumping, climbing and other more complex techniques. The goal of parkour is to adapt one's movement to any given obstacle.My brother loves parkour.
And I loved photographing him in action that day.

Yeah, I know what Parkour is. Sport isn't the right word, I know it's more a lifestyle or a vision, but I was more referring to the excercise, the moving of a body involved.

I know that around here, there are parkour tutorial type things so that you know how to fall properly...if you know what I mean...do you have them nearby for him to go to?
