Such movement may come in the form of running, jumping, climbing and other more complex techniques. The goal of parkour is to adapt one's movement to any given obstacle.My brother loves parkour.
And I loved photographing him in action that day.

I really love just how high he got. It's a really great shot. And I am finally able to put a name to this 'physical discipline'. I have loved watching it for a few years now, and now I can look into it more.
