And You can love that girl with all your heart, at least when it comes to the upper part. Your not gonna like the tail. I love how bright and cheery it is. made me think of a silly mermaid song.

So pretty! I think you captured dawn perfectly, it definitely has a nice sleepy feel to it. And it's a bit relaxing too.
The top fish does look a bit upside down though (but maybe that's what you were going for).
I also really like the way you did the top of the water without making it look weird, I really feel like I'm underwater when I look at this.

The distortion on the sky from the water surface and the sunbeams work very well to keep if from looking like an aquarium wall as well.
