Hope this works...In an older journal of mine, I wrote some loopholes regarding the deaths of the characters in DH, pretty much making them alive! I've done some drawings for the first three:
...' Anyway, here are some of those 'deaths' and how, if your completely potty like me, you can skillfully sidestep any evidence of your fave HP character's passing.
SNAPE: Got bitten on the neck by a large snake, but did he snuff it?
ME: No. Snape looked into Harry's eyes and passed out in shock when Harry winked at him. As Hermy and Potter left Snape unconscious in a pool of blood, Fawkes the Phoenix just happened to be passing by and landed next to Snape, so he could laugh at the dying man. Fawkes laughed so hard, tears spilled from his eyes and onto Snapes wound, accidently healing it and rendering him...ALIVE!!FRED WEASLEY: Killed in an explosion during the battle at Hogwarts...Or was he?
ME: Well known for being a practical joker, I submit that Fred was just messin' around, being one to never let an opportunity for controversy pass him by. He awakes to announce to the grieving Weasley Clan: 'GOTCHA!' and is consequently grounded by Molly for twenty years.MOODY: Fell off his broom from about 4,000 feet or so, after being cursed by Voldy. Tut!
ME: Well, it was never said that Mad-Eye was shot with the Killing Curse, so that would leave an unconscious Moody miraculously landing on hundreds of rejected pillows in the back yard of Some Random Pillow Warehouse. He loses his eye in the fall but later replaces it with a ping-pong ball with an eye painted on it. Is currently known as Alastor Ping-Pong Moody (the luckiest bastard ALIVE!!)'...Might do the others at a later date.

In my personal loopholes Mad eye survives just because he is a BOSS, and was wearing a vest of Cthulu scales and Chuck Norris hairs.

Nice. I've thought of a loophole for Sirius Black.
In the book, Sirius isn't hit by a killing curse. I feel that when he fell through the veil, it sent him to an alternate dimension. That could even cover Harry summoning him with the resurrection stone. It may sense a person's sole wasn't living, so it summoned a younger looking Sirius (most likely part of his soul previously sucked out by a dimentor).
Who knows, maybe Sirius would fall back through the veil over 20 years later.

I know what you mean. I was devastated with the sheer number of character's she offed. Starting with Hedwig and then Moody, I couldn't stop tearing up

I KNOW!!!!!! It made me so sad........ if i ever write a book, i'm not going to kill off ANY of the characters (no matter how unrealistic that is.......... ^_^ )!!!

I aggree..., but then again they could also of used the time maine necklace Harmione had and gone back to the very begining and fixed it beofre ANYONE died.
But that would be a bad storyline...
Tragic always works out for a better ending than a happy-ending.
Unless it's a fairy tale for kids... Tragic ending might scare them...

I think J.K Rowling said that she wasn't going to do any more on Harry, so I don't think that we are ever going to know when and where Ron work up the courage to ask out (then marry) Hermione. But we can always hope.
