Description
This was the Vader commission pic I was working on for...ever. It was on 1 metre squared canvas and the blending drove me mad.The colours in the pic (well, the red) isn't really the correct colour and you would not believe the amount of black acrylic I got through.
Said I'd upload it and so here it is.
*Edited in order to spell Vader correctly*
I've uploaded a photo showing Vader on my wall. Hopefully, it gives some idea of the size of it: [link]

Acrylic . . . is that a paint, or is it a type of pastel?

Acrylic is a quick drying paint. I'd go on more about it, but Wikipedia does a better job of explaining than I do:

XD Ahh, Vader is the unwitting telephone sex pest with that debilitating heavy breathing he's so good at.
What did you think of Wolverine? Haven't seen it yet but heard it's rubbish.

Haaha, nice.
Wolverine was all right, but it did fall victim to a few of those cheesy super hero type script lines here and there. I would check it out, but it definitely wasn't amazing in my book.

Awesome, but, Darth Vadar is the Darth Vader's forgotten brother?

Thank you.
The lighting was difficult to do (well, it would be or it'd just be a black canvas XD) but the proportions were insane and threw me for a while.

Cheers! It took bloody forever to do. Acrylics not noted for their easy-blending qualities.

nope... they freaking dry too fast.
That said, they do not dry fast enough for me. I'm way too impatient to be a good painter.

They do indeed. I'm not incredibly patient either but acrylic dries quick enough for me, however it drives me mad when attempting to blend. Oils are far too slow too dry and I always end up wearing most of the paint on my arm sleeve.
