I've done so many Joker paintings, I'm running out of titles
It looks a lot smoother than it actually is, but I used the camera to capture the image and of course it can miss out of texture.

They don't need titles. The art says it all. You are going to do very well at auction.

Thanks mate, appreciate that. I've put my paintings everywhere - on the walls, under the stairs, on the walls, behind furniture, on the walls, under my bed etc... Honest to God, I could build a house with 'em the amount I've got. I will be doing a big sell soon. The Joker one seems to be doing well, thank Heavens

Heh, well the eyes took a bit of time to do. At one point they were too high, at another he looked cross-eyed, but finally I managed to paint them so they didn't look too humourous

Cheers for the great comment mate. Part of my worries is that I'd just be churning out the same Joker art time and time again. I always try to change something from the reference photos so it's not just an exact copy. For this its the lighting in the background and exaggerated green hair

Well you don't need to worry about feeling repetative with yor joker art. Each Joker carries something different than the last one, a flair if you will that makes it definably different. Whether its color, possibly strokes from your brush, or just the general feel or mood of him that is defining. For instance, I have drawn Aliens far many a time, but I always find ways to make it feel different. The basic structure remains the same, but we can always give it enoguh slight variants that make it completely unique.

Cheers mate. Had a bit of trouble with the shadows on the face at first (looked too white and flat) but eventually darkened everything. I was pleased with the yellow shadow on his face
