Ahahahaaaa!!!
This is a still of the Joker threatening Rachel in the upcoming movie The Dark Knight. Painted from an image I found somewhere on'tinternet.
I have to say, I wasn't hugely impressed with the casting of Heath Ledger as the Joker in the beginning, but frankly he's grown on me and now I can't wait to see what he does with the character. I reckon he'll do a cracking job.

I was completely shaken by his performance! I was weary at first, I was wondering (stupidly judging by previous roles) if Heath was a good choice.
I'm eating my doubts big time now, God rest his soul. <3
He became my new favorite Joker in no time. For me, the question remains now, who's gonna fill that role with Heath gone? :s

I was the same. I just couldn't see him as the Joker, so well done for Nolan and other casting people who saw the potential. We weren't alone though, many didn't get the choice at first.
I'm not sure if there will be a Joker in the next movie. There is plenty of talent out there who could play the Joker (in their own way, I don't think they could outdo Heaths performance) but whether they'll move on to a different villain now is anyone's guess.

omgomgomgomg, I was on Google looking up images of the Joker to draw (yes, I'm jumping on this bandwagon, lol) and this came up. I seriously thought it was just a screenshot! But when I clicked on it, I realized it wasn't! And even more lovely!

OMG THAT IS SO GOOD! Heath did a fantastic job...wait better than fantastic.... I can't describe how wonderful he did in it. He is greatly missed. I kind of wish that stuff people say online was true... that he faked his death and he would come back to be in the next one.... but there's no way its true. =[ He better win that oscar! =] I actually tried drawing this picture by hand with a mechanical pencil, but Rachel looked like an old lady... The Joker was actually decent looking in the drawing... well i've said too much

Wow. I read "done in acrylic paint" and was impresses. Acrylic is hard to work with because, as you know, it dries hella fast. I love this piece.
Instant fave. The movie rocked hardcore. GOing to see it for a fifth time. IT's gets better everytime I see it.

Ah, man, Heath Ledger was amazing. I couldn't quite be sure if I loved the Joker because he was so wacky, or if I was terrified of the creep!
Fantastic job. This could esliy be mistaken for a photo, I think. I love Rachel's expression - kind of terrified and determined at the same time.
