Ahahahaaaa!!!
This is a still of the Joker threatening Rachel in the upcoming movie The Dark Knight. Painted from an image I found somewhere on'tinternet.
I have to say, I wasn't hugely impressed with the casting of Heath Ledger as the Joker in the beginning, but frankly he's grown on me and now I can't wait to see what he does with the character. I reckon he'll do a cracking job.

The didn't think the Joker was so... disturbing, to say the least, in the comic... *sigh* I guess that's modern movie-making for you. Great job though!!! I can't believe you did this with acrylics!!!!

hey, ive seen some pretty immature comments on this work, but I have to say that this is polished and well done.
The paint texture used for the joker's face captures the matte white of his makeup, and the emotions are well expressed. Congrats on the DD

the movie was good but a lot of problem this joker i do not like at all his face was not like the joker on a old show the batman voice was not right on deissed it.

I'm at loss at picking out one single thing I enjoy about this piece because I love everything about it.
If you've seen the film, I'd love to know your opinion on Ledger's performance. In your comments, you'd said you weren't originally happy with his casting. I'd like to see if that opinion changed.

Heath puts down a Joker that you'll never experience again. He's so amazing. Many had doubts when they casted him but hell... he's the joker!
