Because I can't believe how many of my cosplay pictures I've never uploaded, and I REALLY can't believe that I've only uploaded two pictures of my Garnet costume!I really hope to re-make this costume in the future, but I really love some of the shots I got while wearing it back in 2008. The rod was a surprise from my friends, and made by BlitzAceTidus and Nutcracker.

Well... see... the suit had a bunch of hot glue holding some of it together. AND it was super stretched out and could never be washed/dryed the way it would need, to regain it's shape because of the hot glue. and thus never re-worn. ;_; I've since torn piece apart, got a new blouse pattern... I shall make it better! stronger! faster! (with long hair, next time)

The short haired version is my favorite, but I'll be damned if Garnet doesn't look so elegant with the long hair ^^ I can't wait to see!

I do love how cute the short hair is, but I've always been in love with that long style, and I'm going to have to do it eventually when I do the gown.
