I love the top part, how the pearly paint really give the effect of light coming through the trees. However, I think it would have better composition if the center were much less busy, allowing the focus to go to the more finely detailed parts. The paint blotches in the center don't add anything, and are distracting from the overall effect.

Hmmm... Very interesting. (I wish I could do indirect art such as this!) It reminds me of a deep forest (the kind we cut down over here) or a deep briar thicket.
