Description Taurana valens
If sof can be called an ambarran pig, brask is an Ambarran cow. It`s about 4 m long, ubiquitous in savannah and not really interesting herbivore. Cold-blooded, lacks any significant intelligence (but has some deft hands) or particular defence mechanism (they`re quite heavy, have strong tails and can gather in herds - that`s all).
And like cows, they`re domesticated, though they obviously don`t produce any milk, and their meat is only used to feed carnivorous pets (yes, jadongs themselves are herbivorous). They`re still still good as transport, draft animals and manure source.
Initially they were hard to tend, since their herds disperse when there`s no danger around. Therefore, predators or their pheromones (to which brasks are unusually sensitive) are needed to control them.
There are several tens of their breeds. The most primitive one is known as tun-brask, and the same name applies to wild population.
